Upper Fernhill is the top apartment of a large, two storey house, in a superb spot overlooking Sennen Cove.

Accessed from some gentle steps up from the parking area the apartment has its own private terraced garden perfect for alfresco dining. It also benefits from a small balcony overlooking the bay ideal for morning coffee.

Offering fantastic accommodation for up to six guests.  There are three bedrooms: one double en suite, one double and one twin room. There is an additional main bathroom with bath and shower over. The en suite has a double walk in shower.

The dining area and open plan kitchen provide light, airy spaces and the lounge leads on from here with large picture windows and window seats offering some of the best views in Sennen.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is also a Yamaha clavinova with headphones for guests to use.

Upper Fernhill is centrally heated for winter. There is WIFI access and bed linen and towels are provided for you.

There are two parking spaces reserved for guests on the right hand side of the driveway as you approach the property.
This is accessed via Maria’s Lane. There are also steps up to Maria’s Lane from the property for walking along to Land’s End.

Upper Fernhill is not dog friendly.

Children will need to be supervised in the outside terrace area as there are low walls, some with steep drops to the side. This is especially important for younger children.

Sennen Cove is a small, magical village nestled next to the Atlantic Ocean and protected by both Lands End and Cape Cornwall. It is dominated by a mile and a half of golden, sandy beach, which is a stunning sight any time of the year. The Cove offers a selection of shops, a local pub and The Beach Restaurant as well as having a small fishing harbour and the RNLI lifeboat station.
