The house will sleep 8 so a perfect option for two families to share. There is a master bedroom with en-suite with walk in shower. This room has a sea view. The second double room has the use of the second bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above. There is a separate single bed.

Large, fully fitted, open plan kitchen kitchen with breakfast bar and access, via patio doors, to the front patio. Open plan lounge dining room sea views. Small snug lounge with sofa seating, TV and DVD player.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden provides a terrace with beautiful views of the ocean and can be accessed by the patio doors from the garden room. An ideal spot for a BBQ taking in the views. The upper garden has a summerhouse which can be used for storing wetsuits and surfboards.

The upper garden is safe for children to play, the lower garden, accessed via gates, has an small open stream running through therefore children will need to be supervised in this area.

This property has WIFI access. There is a wood burner but it is for decorative purposes only. The property has full central heating. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Carn Olva is dog friendly and welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs at a charge of £30 per dog.

About Sennen Cove

Sennen Cove is a small, magical village nestled next to the Atlantic Ocean and protected by both Lands End and Cape Cornwall. It is dominated by a mile and a half of golden, sandy beach, which is a stunning sight any time of the year. The Cove offers a selection of shops, a local pub and The Beach Restaurant as well as having a small fishing harbour and the RNLI lifeboat station. There are two excellent Surf Schools and the quality of the surf attracts both novices and professionals alike. There is a full RNLI Lifeguard service from April to Sept.
