Cormorant Cottage, is one of the old Coastguard Cottages located at the Western end of the Cove, is a perfect base for a family holiday or quiet getaway.
The cottage sleeps 4 with one double room and one bunk room. There is a family bathroom with a bath and mixer shower over. The bunk room is accessed through the main bedroom.
Downstairs, the lounge offers a cosy space for relaxation after a day in the surf or exploring West Cornwall. For winter there is an wood burning stove making it a lovely spot for a winter escape. There is a TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen.
There is a back door to the property entering in to the kitchen.
Cormorant Cottage does not have a dedicated parking space but can access spaces in the residents parking beyond the harbour car park. Once this is full parking is available in the pay and display harbour car park.The payment for tickets here can be completed through an app.
There is WIFI at the cottage.
Cormorant Cottage is dog friendly off season between October and March and allows one dog to stay. There is a charge of £30 for one dog.
There are night storage heaters in all the rooms.
