Nestled in the heart of Sennen Cove The Salt House is beautiful, freshly refurbished cottage that offers accommodation for up to 4 people.
The Salt House has been redesigned for ‘reverse level’ living to take advantage of the fabulous sea views. The bedrooms are downstairs in the property and arranged into a master double bedroom with a large bay window and en-suite shower room. A second bedroom with two single beds, further shower room with toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor is open plan with a full height, exposed beam ceiling give a traditional Cornish net loft feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, range cooker and dishwasher.
The lounge has a large three seater sofa and chair positioned in front of the large bay windows offering fabulous views towards the harbour and Whitesands Bay.
The dining area has a large wooden table and bench seat. There is also a bay window with seating.
To the back of the house there is a large terraced garden with outdoor seating which is a fantastic spot for relaxing in after a long day on the beach or walking the coastpath. Access to the house is from either the front or back doors which because of the nature of the site are both are at ground level. The house is fitted with electric heating throughout and has a wood burning stove in the lounge. Complementary WIFI, bed linen and towels are provided.
The Salt House has the added bonus of private parking for two cars. To the side of the house is a garage which houses the washing machine and storage for bikes, wetsuits, surfboards etc.

The property is dog friendly for 1 small dog from October to March only. There is a charge of £30 for the dog and a set of doggy house rules will be at the property for your information.

About Sennen Cove

Sennen Cove is a small, magical village nestled next to the Atlantic Ocean and protected by both Lands End and Cape Cornwall. It is dominated by a mile and a half of golden, sandy beach, which is a stunning sight any time of the year. The Cove offers a selection of shops, a local pub and The Beach Restaurant as well as having a small fishing harbour and the RNLI lifeboat station. There are two excellent Surf Schools and the quality of the surf attracts both novices and professionals alike. There is a full RNLI Lifeguard service from April to Sept.
