Our gold service offers you complete holiday cottage management. We will take care of every aspect of your holiday home, which induces full weekly changeover service, managing all enquiries and bookings, listing the property on our website and marketing the property extensively, providing a personal, local service giving you complete confidence that your holiday home is being run to the highest standards.
Detailed below are all the benefits of our Gold service:
- Property visited by us, cataloged and photographed
- Full photographs, details and properties facilities on our website
- Interactive booking calendars and reservation
- Property marketing bundle
- Personal meet and greet with guests within 24hrs of their arrival
- All funds are held in a secure client account and are settled to the property owners on a monthly basis
- Support and advise on bookings, safety requirements and legislation
- Flexibility for owners use of property
- Key holding service
- Complete changeover clean of the property*
- Interior windows cleaned
- All appliances and inventory checked
- Supply of bed linen and towels**
- Bed linen changed
- Regular contact with owners
- Emergency call out to property (2 per week)

*Every cottage is subject to an initial deep clean prior to the summer season, this allows us to maintain our high standards throughout the year and is a fixed price each. **Supply only, bedding charged separately per head.
