We are a small, family run company dedicated to ensuring your Cornish Holiday Cottage is run and maintained to the highest possible standards. We very successfully run five of our own cottages and feel our experience and expertise can support others with properties they wish to let. 

 

We live and work in West Cornwall and deliver a personal and local service, especially useful if you live away from your cottage. Our only focus is cottage letting and management therefore all our efforts are directed towards marketing your holiday cottage, managing bookings, corresponding with guests and ensuring that it is spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. 

 

The beauty of living and working close to the cottages we manage is that we are on hand to welcome guests and visit should there be any problems. We have a bank of local and trusted contractors who can deal with any breakdowns or faults to ensure your guests have a trouble free holiday. 

 

We have a super, yet simple, website which will help to guide prospective guests to the cottages we list. We will produce a brochure which will contain the same information held on the website to ensure we can reach out to everyone. Your listings will appear in both these locations.
